Excellent service, a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly; the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's located in the most beautiful tourist area of Puebla. You can walk around early in the morning; everything is clean and safe.
The staff is friendly, the room was very clean, and the shower had hot water all day long. There's also a water and coffee dispenser.
